Chellaiah Poongkulali

Kulali joined UNRISD in January 2009 as an intern to work with Richard Warren in the Publications & Dissemination Unit.
Prior to joining UNRISD, Kulali has worked at the head office of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Deutschland e.V. (Colgne based NGO in Sri Lanka) as Communications Officer. She has previously worked as a volunteer for Rotract Club, was involved in fundraising & local relief initiatives in response to the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami
