Pascale Hatcher

Pascale Hatcher collaborated with UNRISD for the project Mobilizing Revenues from Extractive Industries: Protecting and Promoting Children’s Rights and Well-Being in Resource-Rich Countries, as part of the research team for Mongolia. At the time of her collaboration, she was Associate Professor at the College of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University. Her research interests include the international political economy of development, the international political economy of natural resource exploitation, and the politics of civil society building.
