Raymond Carey Bush

Former Collaborating Researcher

Ray Bush collaborated with UNRISD for the project Civil Society Strategies and Movements for Rural Asset Redistribution and Improved Livelihoods 2000-2003, for which he wrote a programme paper Civil Society and the Uncivil State: Land Tenure Reform in Egypt and the Crisis of Rural Livelihoods, 2004.
At the time of his collaboration, Bush was Senior Lecturer in Politics at Leeds University and Director of the Leeds University Centre for African Studies, UK.
