Devesh Kapur

Devesh Kapur collaborated with UNRISD for the project Technocratic Policy Making and Democratization from 2000 to 2003, for which he published a programme paper The Indian Parliament as an Institution of Accountability, 2006.
At the time of his collaboration, Devesh was Associate Professor of Government at Harvard University, United States.
