Sebastián Mantilla Baca

Sebastián Manitlla Baca joined the research team for the project Towards Universal Social Security in Emerging Economies. At the time of his involvement with this project, he was a doctoral candidate at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). He has a Masters in Political Science from FLACSO, Ecuador and a degree in Social Anthropology from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Del Ecuador.
