Manuel Barahona Montero

Manuel Barahona Montero collaborated with UNRISD for the project Social Policy in Late Industrializers: A Comparative Study of Latin America. For the project, he wrote a paper Política social y reforma social "a la tica": Un caso paradigmático de heterodoxia en el contexto de una economía periférica, 2005. At the time of his collaboration, he was a professor at the Escuela de Economía of Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica, and a social researcher and a consultant on social policy topics. He was also co-editor of the electronic magazine Democracia Digital.
