Megan Davis
Former Collaborating Researcher
Megan Davis collaborated with UNRISD for the project Identity, Power and the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, 2006-2008. For the project, she participated in the Consultation Meetings and undertook a country case study on Canada and the WTO. At the time of her collaboration, she was Senior Lecturer and the Director of the Indigenous Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of New South Wales, Australia. She has seven years experience in international law including acting as legal advisor and consultant to ATSIC at the United Nations Working Group on Indigenous Populations, United Nations Working Group on the Draft Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues.
