Malick Diop

At the time of collaboration, Malick DIOP was Jurist and National Coordinator of the Network of Actors and Local Authorities for Social and Solidarity Economy in Senegal (RACTES). He co-authored a working paper for the project on Promoting SSE through Public Policies: Guidelines for Local Governments.
