Mariana Rulli

Mariana joined UNRISD in May 2011 to assist Research Coordinator Katja Hujo in the Social Policy and Development Programme.
 
Prior to joining UNRISD, Mariana worked as a researcher and professor of Political Science at the University of Rio Negro (Patagonia-Argentina). She also worked as a researcher at the National Council of Scientific and Technology Researches of Argentina (CONICET).
 
Mariana is undertaking a doctorate thesis at the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO) on the pension systems reforms in Argentina. She holds a MSocSc in Social Policy from FLACSO and an undergraduates degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires. She was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law & International Law in Heidelberg in 2010. 
 
Her research interests include social security policies, pension systems and corporate responsibility.
