Elizabeth Koechlein

Liz was a Research Analyst for the Social Policy and Development Programme. She finished a Master of Public Policy degree with a concentration in International Development at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Urban Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA. She worked at the Rutgers University School of Social Work in the Academic Affairs department. Her research interests were related to gender and development, particularly in post conflict settings, and the ways in which agency in the development process was cultivated by previously disenfranchised groups through political and economic participation.
