Wolf Linder
Former Collaborating Researcher
Wolf Linder collaborated with UNRISD for the project Ethnic Structure, Inequality and Governance of the Public Sector, 2002-2005. For this collaboration, Linder co-authored a programme paper Ethnic Structure, Inequality and Governance in the Public Sector in Switzerland in 2006.
At the time of his collaboration, Linder was Professor of Political Science at the University of Bern and Director at the Institute of Political Science. His main research fields are Swiss Institutions and politics. He has been appointed as an expert by International Organisations for questions of Good Governance and the process of democratisation in developing countries.
Among his publications are Swiss Democracy- Possible Solutions to Conflict in Multicultural Societies (1994); “Swiss Politics Today”, in The Making of Modern Switzerland, 1848-1998. Edited by Michael Butler, Malcolm Pender, Joy Charnley, London/New York (2000).
