Kris Deschouwer

Kris Deschouwer collaborated with UNRISD for the project Ethnic Structure, Inequality and Governance of the Public Sector, from 2002 to 2005. At the time of his collaboration, he was professor of Political Science at the Free University of Brussels.
He has done research and published widely on political parties, elections, federalism and regionalism, consociational democracies. He has been part-time professor at the Department of Comparative Politics in Bergen, Norway, and Research Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
