Veronica Schild
Former Collaborating Researcher
Veronica Schild collaborated with UNRISD for the project Gender Justice, Developmetn and Rights, 2000-2002. At the time of her collaboration, she was Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Born in Chile, she studied in the United States and Canada, obtaining a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Toronto. She is the author of articles on the Chilean women's movement in a time of political transition, and on gendered citizenship formation in neoliberal Latin American contexts.
