Valpy FitzGerald collaborated with UNRISD for the project on Business Responsibility for Sustainable Development (2000-2005), for which FitzGerald authored a paper Regulating Large Internatinal Firm (2001). At the time of his collaboration, FitzGerald was a member at the Finance and Trade Policy Research Centre, Oxford University, UK.
