William Hsiao

Former Collaborating Researcher

William Hsiao joined the research team for the project Towards Universal Social Security in Emerging Economies. He has a PhD from Harvard University in Economics and is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Medicine, the Society of Actuaries and the National Academy of Social Insurance. Hsiao is particularly known for his work on health care financing and social insurance.
