Ganesh Pangare

Former Collaborating Researcher

Ganesh Pangare collaborated with UNRISD for the project Commercialization, Privatization and Universal Access to Water from 2003-2004. For the project, he co-authored a draft paper An Assessment of Water Sector Reforms in the Indian Context: The Case of the State of Maharashtra. At the time of his collaboration, Pangare was a water management expert with World Water Institute, Pune, India, where he was the Technical Director.
He has been a consultant for the World Bank, IFPRI, Asian Development Bank, Ford Foundation, Danida, GTZ, ICEF, WWF, Government of India, and many other national and bilateral organizations.
