Jorma Sipilä

Jorma Sipilä collaborated with UNRISD for the project inception workshop for New Directions in Social Policy, 2014. For the workshop, he wrote the draft paper “Varieties of Universalism" with Anneli Anttonen.
At the time of her collaboration, Jorma Sipilä was Professor Emeritus at the University of Tampere, Finland.
