Eddy Lee

Eddy Lee collaborated with UNRISD on the flagship report Combating Poverty and Inequality (2010) for which he wrote a background thematic paper, Income Inequality and Redistributive Policies. At the time of this collaboration, Lee was Economic Adviser at the International Institute of Labour Studies at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Switzerland.
He was previously Director of International Policies and principal author of key ILO publications such as the World Employment Reports. Regarding former collaboration with UNRISD, he previously lectured at UNRISD’s Summer School on Inequality: Mechanisms, Effects and Policies (17-24 June 2007, University of Siena, Italy). His research interests include development economics, international economic and social policies.
