Hyunsub Kum

Hyunsub Kum collaborated with UNRISD on the flagship report Combating Poverty and Inequality (2010) for which he wrote a background thematic paper, Inequality and Structural Change. At the time of this collaboration, Kum was Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University, Republic of Korea.
His research interests include distributive analysis of income, policy analysis and evaluation, research methods, public policy theory.
