Chatrini Weeratunge

Chatrini Weeratunge collaborated with UNRISD for the project Potential and Limits of Social and Solidarity Economy (2012-2013). For the project she wrote a think piece, entitled Let’s “Do-It-Ourselves”: Building a Participatory Economy in South Asia.
Chatrini Weeratunge is a programme manager at The Asia Foundation in Sri Lanka. She specialises in the areas of trade policy, gender and human development. She has worked with the UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Centre, UNOPS, as well as in the corporate sector.
