Markus Kaltenborn

Markus Kaltenborn collaborated with UNRISD on the platform, Linking Social Protection and Human Rights, for which he wrote an expert commentary. At the time of his collaboration with UNRISD, he was Professor of Public Law at Ruhr-University Bochum where he was Director of the Institute of Development Research and Development Politics (IEE).
