Sara Hsu

Sara Hsu collaborated with UNRISD on the flagship report Combating Poverty and Inequality (2010) for which she wrote a background thematic paper, The Effects of Political Regimes on Inequality: 1963-2002. At the time of this collaboration, Hsu was Assistant Professor for the Department of Economics at St. Edwards University, United States.
Her current research areas focus on the economics of corruption, Chinese economy, Asian economic development, informal and underground finance.
