Jarmo J. Hukka

Jarmo J. Hukka collaborated with UNRISD for the project Commercialization, Privatization and Universal Access to Water from 2003 to 2004, for which he wrote a draft paper Water Services in Finland: Competition for Non-Core Operations - Not for Monopolies.
At the time of this collaboration, Hukka was Senior Research Engineer at the Institute of Environmental Engineering and Biotechnology, Tampere University of Technology, Finland. His research interests include institutions and organizations, and strategic development of water services.
