Neha Kumra

Former Collaborating Researcher

Neha Kumra is an Assistant Director with the National Institute for Labour Economics Research and Development (earlier called the Institute of Applied Manpower Research). She is working on issues of Human Development, Vocational Education and Training and Skills. She holds an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and a PG Diploma in Public Management from the University of London. She joined the UNRISD project, Towards Universal Social Security in Emerging Economies as a member of the research team.
