Brigitte Schnegg

Brigitte Schnegg collaborated with UNRISD for the project Political and Social Economy of Care, 2006-2009, and for the project, she co-authored Research Report 5 on Switzerland. At the time of her collaboration with UNRISD, she was Director of the Centre for Gender Studies of the University of Bern, Switzerland. Her research interests include the history of poverty, social welfare and social work, as well as the history of care, women's rights and feminism.
