Hilda María Gutiérrez Elizondo

Hilda María Gutiérrez Elizondo collaborated with UNRISD for the project Politics of Domestic Resource Mobilization for Social Development as part of the research team for the Nicaragua case study. At the time of her collaboration, she was an independent consultant working in the fields of environmental governance, economic development and peace-building. She previously worked on the regional climate change strategy at UNDP Nicaragua, on Programme Development for the Instituto para el Desarrollo y la Democracia (IPADE) in Nicaragua and as a National Campaign Coodinator at Global Justice in Washington, D.C.
