David Westendorff

David Westendorff was a Research Co-ordinator at UNRISD from 1991 to 2001. Until 2004, he was a researcher and consultant on urban governance based at the Center for the Study of Modern China at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He was also the Managing Partner of urbanchina partners, an urban governance and management consultancy based in Shanghai, PRC.
