Carmen Ledo

Former Collaborating Researcher

Carmen Ledo collaborated with UNRISD for the project Commercialization, Privatization and Universal Access to Water, 2003-2004, for which she wrote a draft paper. At the time of her collaboration, she was the Coordinator of CEPLAG - UMSS. CEPLAG (Centro de Planificación y Gestión), Bolivia.
Carmen Ledo has a PhD in Architecture from Delft University of Technology with the thesis entitled “Urbanization and Poverty in the Cities of the National Economic Corridor in Bolivia. Case Study: Cochabamba”.
