Do Duc Dinh
Former Collaborating Researcher
Professor Do Duc Dinh collaborated with UNRISD for the project Poverty Reduction and Policy Regimes and the flagship report Combating Poverty and Inequality, for which he wrote a paper on Viet Nam’s development experience, social policy and poverty reduction strategies. At the time of his collaboration with UNRISD, Dinh was the head of the Developing Economies Study Department at the Institute of World Economy in Hanoi, Viet Nam.
He has written extensively on Viet Nam’s development experience and his publications include: with B. Van Arkadie. (2004). Economic Reform in Tanzania and Vietnam: A comparative commentary.
