Abdul-Ganiyu Garba

Former Collaborating Researcher

Abdul-Ganiyu Garba collaborated with UNRISD for the project on Social Policy in Late Industrializers: Sub-Saharan Africa and the Challenge of Social Policy, from 2002-2004. Under this project he examined the macroeconomic frameworks that have provided a paradigm for social policy since the independence era, and explored alternative paradigms that could lay ground for an economically developmental and socially inclusive social policy.
