Kate Bedford

Former Collaborating Researcher

Kate Bedford collaborated with UNRISD on the project The Political and Social Economy of Care, for which she wrote a chapter entitled Harmonizing Global Care Policy? Care and the Commission on the Status on Women. At the time of her collaboration, Bedford was a Senior Lecturer of public law and law and development at Kent Law School (Canterbury, UK). She has previously worked in the US, Mexico, Austria, and Pakistan. She holds a Ph.D. in political science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
