Adam Bumpus
Former Collaborating Researcher
Adam Bumpus collaborated with UNRISD on the project Social Dimensions of Green Economy and Sustainable Development (2011-2012). For the project he spoke at the UNRISD conference on the issue held in October 2011 and authored the occasional paper Realizing Local Development in the Carbon Commodity Chain: Political Economy, Value and Connecting Carbon Commodities at Multiple Scales (2011, No. 3). At the time of his collaboration with UNRISD, he was a Lecturer in Geography and the Environment at the University of Melbourne, Australia. His work focused in low-carbon development and innovation through carbon and climate finance. He was the lead coordinator of the international Carbon Governance Project workshops focused on low-carbon transformation.
