Biman Chand Prasad

Biman Chand Prasad collaborated with UNRISD on the project Social Policies in Small States and co-authored the book 'Social Policies in Solomon Islands and Vanuatu' for this project. At the time of this collaboration, Prasad was Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of the South Pacific.
