Mariana Mozdzer

Former Research Assistant

Mariana Mozdzer assisted Krishna Ghimire on his project titled Grassroots Movements and Initiatives for Land Reform, in her capacity as Research Assistant at UNRISD from 1998 to 1999. She co-authored a chapter with Krishna Ghimire, "An Overview of Agrarian Reforms and Peasant Organizations in Central America", that appeared in the book entitled: Whose Land? Civil Society Perspectives on Land Reform and Rural Poverty Reduction: Regional experiences from Africa, Asia and Latin America, co-published by IFAD, The Popular Coalition and UNRISD.
She also helped to search and synthesize a vast amount of available literature on tourism for the book edited by Krishna Ghimire and published by Earthscan in 2001, entitled: The Native Tourist: Mass Tourism within Developing Countries.
