Heterogeneity of Neoliberalism and its Diverse Impacts (Draft)



There remains a widespread tendency to see neoliberalism as a preconstituted theoretical explanation and self evident descriptor of contemporary forms of economic, political, social and environmental change. However, More recently there have been sustained efforts to develop analyses that allow us to identify different political-economic modalities of neoliberalism and emphasize the hybridity and contingency of this phenomenon.
